The Eton Mess pot is full of everything that breakfast/dessert dreams are made of - naturally sweet and slightly tart berries contrasted against creamy, protein and fibre packed oats and a classic indulgent Bexfast topping of cashew cream and extra berries to brighten your mornings whether you're in a rush or kicking off your slippers and climbing back into bed to indulge in peace!

Ingredients:
Gluten Free Oats, water, coconut, mixed berries, Cashew Nuts, dates, blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup. That's it! Contains NUTS.

Although we use Gluten Free Oats, please be aware that some other ingredients may have been processed in a factory that also handles GLUTEN.

PLEASE NOTE:
As we don't use any weird chemicals to make your food last longer than it should, they do have a naturally short shelf life - we strongly suggest freezing some of them on the day they arrive so you can enjoy them for longer! You can freeze your Bexfast Pots for up to 6 months, to defrost simply leave in the fridge overnight and devour within 24 hours.
