I still can't get enough of this one!! Lightly spiced oats with grated carrot and tiny chunks of date, topped with a thick and creamy coconut cashew frosting and garnished with pumpkin seeds. Cake for breakfast at it's very best.

Ingredients:

OATS, coconut rice milk (Water, European rice* (17%), Coconut milk* (4.4%), Natural coconut flavour*, Sea salt. * = organically grown/produced), CASHEW NUTS, organic coconut cream (100% coconut), organic cold-pressed coconut oil, dates, carrot, maple syrup, lemon juice, all spice, ginger, sea salt.

PLEASE NOTE:
As we don't use any weird chemicals to make your food last longer than it should, the pots do have a naturally short shelf life - we strongly suggest freezing some of them on the day they arrive so you can enjoy them for longer! You can freeze your Bexfast Pots for up to 6 months, to defrost simply leave in the fridge overnight and devour within 24 hours.
