Continuing the journey to fulfil all my cake desires by 9am - whilst fuelling my body with nutritious ingredients - I started trying out some new flavours and this one has stolen my heart! Here's everything you need to know about the brand new Black Forrest Gateaux..
Ingredients:
GLUTEN FREE OATS, Coconut rice milk (water, organic rice, coconut milk, sea salt, natural organic coconut flavour), cherries, CASHEW NUTS, chia seeds, cacao powder, creamed coconut, coconut oil, lemon juice, maple syrup.
PLEASE BE AWARE: although we use Gluten Free Oats, some other ingredients may have been processed in a factory that handles Gluten. Contains NUTS.
NOTE: As we don't use any weird chemicals to make your food last longer than it should, they do have a naturally short shelf life - we strongly suggest freezing some of them on the day they arrive so you can enjoy them for longer! You can freeze your Bexfast Pots for up to 6 months, to defrost simply leave in the fridge overnight and devour within 24 hours.
