Continuing the journey to fulfil all my cake desires by 9am - whilst fuelling my body with nutritious ingredients - I started trying out some new flavours and this one has stolen my heart! Here's everything you need to know about the brand new Black Forrest Gateaux..
Ingredients:
Gluten Free OATS, water, cherries, CASHEW NUTS, coconut, chia seeds, cacao powder, lemon juice, maple syrup, salt. That's it!
PLEASE BE AWARE: although we use Gluten Free Oats, some other ingredients may have been processed in a factory that handles Gluten. Contains NUTS.
NOTE: As we don't use any weird chemicals to make your food last longer than it should, they do have a naturally short shelf life - we strongly suggest freezing some of them on the day they arrive so you can enjoy them for longer! You can freeze your Bexfast Pots for up to 6 months, to defrost simply leave in the fridge overnight and devour within 24 hours.
