Are we feeling festive yet?! Having the Pumpkin Lattes back at all our favourite coffee joints is probably the most satisfying thing to happen this year, am I right?!! Pumpkin pies, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin biscuits.. I love it all, so here is my take on something sweet, delicious and full of Autumn's most delicious flavours.
Lightly spiced oats blended with maple syrup sweetened pumpkin puree and topped with a creamy vanilla frosting, pumpkin seeds and finished with a sweet cinnamon dusting. This is the pot of the year for me.. find me curled up in my dressing gown with a steaming mug of tea, reading a book by a window while it's raining (for dramatic effect) sliding a spoon through the creamy layers and licking the spoon clean with every mouthful.
